okiee , two weeks of ITP down . practically doing the same thing cos if u guys know , proteins cant be found during purification so yupp . we gotta culture e coli all over again and this time roundd , we culture MORE ! and this means tat incubator lab is SMELLY to the maxxx ! im still not used to those smell . oh well , there's 4 more weeks for me to get used to it though .
